Owner, Keyrenter St. Charles

Danielle is the broker and owner of Keyrenter St. Charles Property Management. Danielle began her real estate career in 2005 and found her niche in property management. Her hard work, extensive knowledge of rental properties, and dedication to her clients have led to her success in managing St. Charles and St. Louis homes over the last 10 years.

Early in her property management career Danielle worked primarily with local and out-of-state investors, helping them see immediate cash flow in their St. Louis rental properties. As the real estate market continued to struggle in the late 2000’s, many homeowners found themselves in an “accidental landlord” position and Danielle found an opportunity to help the non-traditional landlord become a savvy investor. Since then, Danielle has helped hundreds of clients by leasing, managing, and selling their properties.

Her passion for property management and helping others build wealth led Danielle to opening Keyrenter St. Charles Property Management. Danielle brings a fresh approach to the St. Louis area property management market, and thrives on helping her clients save money and earn more on their investments.

Danielle and her husband, Gerald, live in St. Peters, MO with their dog (Curtis) and two cats (Oliver and Lily). In her free time Danielle enjoys playing the piano, cheering on the Cardinals and the Blues, and spending time with her family in Southern Illinois.

Property Management Coordinator

Kathy Flores is the property management coordinator of Keyrenter St. Charles Property Management. Kathy has been in the industry since 2019 her customer service experience has helped maintain a good communication line between our Owners & Residents. Kathy’s day-to-day work coordination can start from new residents’ move-ins to overseeing our work orders and making sure that our owners and residents expectations are being met.

Kathy’s pride and joy are her 2 beautiful daughters Janelle & Kassy and they have now welcomed their new member of the family Tyson (pug). They love to hang out together, shopping and movie nights are the best times and they cannot leave out when their family visits from Southern California.
